The Miami-based REO management firm 24 Asset Management Corp. has strengthened its executive team with the hiring of Don Maxwell and Roy Wall, both of which formerly held high-level positions with the GSEs.

Maxwell has joined 24 Asset Management Corp. as executive vice president, charged with building and developing partnerships with asset and loss mitigation organizations. The company explained that Maxwell will be operating out of multiple offices across the country to meet the needs of his clients and partners.
Maxwell has over 22 years of real estate experience and is a well-known speaker within the REO industry.
Previously he served as director of Fannie Mae’s REO business and was partnership director for the GSE.
Wall fills the role of VP at 24 Asset Management Corp., responsible for managing and driving production through the company’s property assignment network, which connects REO agents and asset managers.
He will be working out of the Miami, Atlanta, and San Diego offices of 24 Asset Management Corp.
Wall fills the role of VP at 24 Asset Management Corp., responsible for coordinating the sales and operations strategies at the firm. He will drive the REO portfolio through the company’s proprietary 24AMN.COM technology platform, which links assets to brokers and asset managers to clients. Additionally, he will be managing and strengthening the firm’s national real estate broker network. Wall will be working out of the Miami, Atlanta, and San Diego offices of 24 Asset Management Corp.
Wall has over 20 years of real estate and mortgage experience, which includes serving as a manager within Fannie Mae’s REO business unit and as a sales representative at Freddie Mac.
