Dallas-based 3Point Lender Services, a national property preservation, inspection, and repair and rehab company, has relocated its national headquarters to a larger facility in Addison, a Dallas suburb.

“Rapid growth and continued proximity to key clients is the driving force behind the move,” said CEO Paul Dauterive. “The combination of our new Addison site and the existing Irvine, California, location permits clients easy access to operational resources with the frequency they require.”

Dauterive is the former CEO of Corelogic’s Field Services company and founded 3Point in 2009. He brings more than 15 years of valuation, supply chain management, and default servicing experience to the privately held company.

3Point also offers customized management platforms, pre-foreclosure and REO protection, resolutions for problem properties, and custom inspection services.
