San Diego, California-based Accredited Home Lenders Holding Co. announced this week that Chief Financial Officer John Buchanan will be resigning from the company on August 31.
In a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, the company said “Mr. Buchanan was a direct report to the company officer who is the ‘prinicipal financial officer’ and the ‘principal/chief accounting officer’ of the company for purposes of filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission, and such officer remains within the company.”
