AllRegs Launches Lending Patterns?

Eagan, Minnesota-based AllRegs, an online publisher servicing the mortgage industry, launched a Web-based HMDA data mining and exploration tool, called Lending Patterns™, on Thursday to help lenders analyze millions of records.
According to AllRegs, “Lending Patterns produces executive level reports on numerous aspects of mortgage lending, and will include data from 2004, 2005, and the new 2006 HMDA Data within 30 days of its release.”

The data, which is pooled because of initiatives like the Home Mortgage Disclosure Act and the Loan Application Register, includes 37,000,000 records from 8,800 lenders.
AllRegs says, “This raw data by itself has no intelligence and cannot be applied directly to solve mortgage lending business issues. LendingPatterns™ anticipates the kind of information that the industry is likely to desire (size of market, ranking of competitors, approval rates, denial rates, low/moderate income lending, high-cost lending, etc.) and is the only fully accessible national HMDA database on the Internet.”
Here are some of the components that set LendingPatterns™ Apart
Quickly creates complex reports with rapid HMDA data mining
Provides quick, high-level views of markets and lenders
Time-saving, web-based application outputs reports in Adobe PDF
Application speed makes it easy to experiment, explore and refine reports
Easy to use – anybody from the Loan Processor to the CEO can use it and understand the output
Online accessibility minimizes maintenance/system issues, enhances speed
Complete technical support
