Axios Valuation Solutions and parent company eMortgage Logic, LLC announced a new executive appointment. Industry veteran Tony Pistilli was selected to lead at Axios as the new EVP and chief appraiser.

Pistilli has over 25 years of real estate appraising and lending experience. Most recently, Pistilli held a position as chief retail appraiser and VP of consumer banking risk management at US Bank in Minneapolis. He has experience providing compliance and efficiency assessments to financial institutions, regulatory agencies, appraisal companies, and appraisal management companies.

“For a decade eMortgage Logic has been an industry leader in valuation products, now it’s Axios’ turn to raise the bar for all AMCs, and we plan to do that with Tony’s leadership,” said Ralph Sells, president and CEO of eMortgage Logic, in a release.

Pistilli is a member of several appraisal industry organizations and is a subject matter expert for the Appraisal Foundation in the area of declining markets.
