Blommer Peterman Expands Midwest Presence to Illinois and Indiana

Blommer Peterman, S.C., a default servicing firm headquartered in Brookfield, Wisconsin, has announced the addition of a well-known industry attorney to its team as the firm expands its geographic coverage to include the states of Illinois and Indiana.

Effective immediately, Matthew Abad has joined the firm and moved his practice to Blommer Peterman. Abad will head the firm’s Indiana/Illinois office and will be responsible for providing default management and loss mitigation legal services to clients in both states.

Abad is a member of the American Legal & Financial Network’s (ALFN) speakers bureau and litigation committee, and a regular presenter on ALFN’s bi-monthly Hot Topics in Litigation Webinar series.

He is also an active member of the Commercial Law League of America (CLLA), the National Association of Retail Collection Attorneys (NARCA), and the National Association of Chapter 13 Trustee (NACTT).

Abad regularly lectures on issues impacting creditors and how to protect their rights in state and federal court.
