Castle Meinhold & Stawiarski Attorneys Included on Super Lawyers List

Founding partner Caren Castle and managing attorney Deanne Westfall of Denver-based Castle Meinhold & Stawiarski, LLC, have both earned a place on the 2010 Colorado Super Lawyers Top 100 list.

Published annually since 1991, Super Lawyers magazine is a comprehensive and diverse listing of the top 5 percent of practicing attorneys in each state as selected by their

peers. Spanning more than 60 distinct practice groups, the resource guide highlights attorneys who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement.

This marks the fourth consecutive year that Castle, a founding partner and manager of the firm, has been recognized as a Super Lawyer. She is licensed to practice law in Colorado and California and focuses her practice on the representation of default mortgage servicers. Castle is also currently a board member and VP of the USFN, and she servers on the legislative committee for the Colorado Women’s Chamber of Commerce.

Westfall is the managing bankruptcy attorney at Castle Meinhold Stawiarski and is admitted to practice before the state and federal courts in Colorado. She is currently the secretary/treasurer of the business law section of the Colorado Bar Association and serves as a board member of CLE Colorado. In addition, Westfall is an adjunct professor at the University of Colorado, and she is a frequent speaker on bankruptcy and creditors rights.
