Codilis & Associates, P.C., an Illinois-based legal firm that provides services to mortgage lenders and servicers throughout the state, has hired Robert H. Rappe, Jr. as managing foreclosure attorney.

Rappe has over 20 years’ experience in foreclosure matters and related litigation. He received his JD from DePaul College of Law and is licensed in the state of Illinois, as well as the U.S. District Court for the Northern, Central, and Southern Districts of Illinois. Rappe is a frequent lecturer on foreclosure-related issues.
Codilis & Associates was founded in 1977. In addition to foreclosure, the firm’s areas of practice include bankruptcy, loss mitigation, REO closings and conveyance, evictions, defense of junior mortgages, and municipal code violation defense.
The firm has been a member of the Fannie Mae Retained Attorney Foreclosure Network in Illinois since 1996 and a Freddie Mac Designated Counsel for Illinois since 1999.
