eMortgage Logic Appoints Two New Team Members

eMortgage Logic (EML), a nationwide property valuation company headquartered in Fort Worth, Texas, has announced the addition of two new staff members.

Chris Perzel joined EML in September as director of sales. Perzel brings with him over 20 years of sales experience with an investment and securities background.

George Heredia has been hired as VP and chief review appraiser. Heredia has been serving the real estate industry for over 21 years as a California certified appraiser and broker. He is an associate member of the Appraisal Institute and the Foundation of Real Estate Appraisers, and has performed more than 8,000 appraisals with a combined value of over $1.5 billion.

eMortgage Logic was established in 2002 by Ralph Sells and Chris Santore. The company says it is committed to being the provider of choice for all property valuations, tax data, and other value-added services within the mortgage banking industry.
