Gerner & Kearns Co., L.P.A. announced the appointment of a new partner.

Todd V. McMurtry was named partner for the firm’s litigation practice group. McMurtry brings over 20 years of litigation experience to Gerner & Kearns.

McMurtry practices in the area of complex litigation and represents individuals and businesses in matters related to business, banking, personal injury, land use, real estate, and construction disputes. He is licensed to practice in both Ohio and Kentucky. He is also a Harvard Mediation Institute trained mediator.
