GMAC-RFC Selects ISGN Lending Solution

Bensalem, Pennsylvania-based ISGN, a company that offers the mortgage banking industry an assortment of technology solutions, said Wednesday that UK-based GMAC-RFC Property Finance Limited has agreed to utilize the company’s Construction Lender (TCL) software system to streamline the creation and management of loans and reduce risk.

The TCL product allows lenders to simultaneously handle relationships with service providers, while also juggling property inspections via the Internet and managing and reducing call center workloads.
Krishna Srinivasan, chief executive officer of ISGN, said, “This is an important milestone for ISGN as our TCL solution expands our market reach into Europe and underscores our commitment to increasing our product internationally.”
The product’s beneficiary Ben Swoyer, vice president of credit and operations at GMAC-RFC, said the product was selected to benefit customers and the company alike.
“ISGN’s software solution will help GMAC-RFC enhance its ability to delivery exemplary customer service while at the same time, allow us to manage our loan portfolio cost effectively and better control our risk exposure,” Swoyer said.
