GTJ Consulting, LLC, a property preservation and maintenance company headquartered in southeast Michigan, recently announced the launch of its newly re-designed full-service Web site — a patent-pending, online ordering and tracking system for the company’s services.
GTJOnline.com is used by real estate brokers, lending institutions, and municipalities as a one-stop ordering and tracking center for hundreds of services GTJ provides, including routine property preservation, maintenance repairs, environmental, and construction. “We’ve always been a company that could turn a service request around quickly,” commented Brandon Johnson, president of GTJ. “But now, with GTJOnline.com, we’re able to do almost all of our services and many repairs within 24 hours.
Our clients love it because of the speed, obviously. But they also like the fact that they’re in complete control with the push of a button. They order the services they need done on their property and then track the progress online. Many of our clients have never even been to their properties. They rely solely on GTJOnline.com. It’s literally that easy for them.” Clients of
GTJOnline.com have unlimited access to place orders through the system. They receive real-time work order updates via e-mail, notifying them of the progress of each order, from submission to completion. Each update contains servicing notes direct from the field technician and before and after photos of each service.
GTJOnline.com is also equipped to transfer files including estimates, invoices and inspection reports. Other services offered through the site include securing and re-keying a property, debris removal, lawn care, snow removal, routine maintenance, mold remediation, emergency services, and rehabilitation repairs. “Our online system is just an extension of GTJ’s core business belief, to offer unparalleled service,” Johnson said. “No other property management company provides this service, but more importantly, our clients see it as a real asset. It makes their jobs easier. That’s our real goal.”
