Holliday Fenoglio Fowler (HFF), a commercial real estate and capital markets services provider, hired two new managing directors: one for its Pittsburgh office and one for its Orange county location.

Nicholas Matt rejoined the firm in Pittsburgh, and James Fowler was selected for the Orange county office.
Matt worked at HFF for more than 10 years as an analyst and later became the managing director before a two-year stint as an SVP in CBRE’s debt and equity finance department. Matt is also a CPA and received a master of business administration in finance from the University of Pittsburgh and a master’s in taxation from Robert Morris College.
Fowler’s extensive background also led him to a position as a managing director for HFF. Fowler has closed more than $3.5 billion in real estate transactions for a variety property types. Prior to joining HFF, Fowler was the main founder of US Realty Capital, a nationwide commercial real estate financial intermediary. Fowler also served as the western regional manager for Merrill Lynch’s real estate investment banking platform. Fowler graduated from the University of Southern California and is a licensed real estate broker in California.
