Hudson & Marshall of Texas, Inc., one of the nation’s largest auction companies, will be selling off a collection of California foreclosures valued at $65 million
in June.
The auctions, which run from June 12 to June 17, will feature homes located in the cities of Bakersfield, San Diego, Santa Maria, Los Angeles, Victorville, and West Palm Springs. Buyers in attendance will have a chance to purchase California homes at bargain prices, while lenders and asset managers benefit from the opportunity to clear foreclosures from their portfolios.
“We are truly in a buyer’s market and purchasing a home through the auction process is a great way to find a deal,” said Dave Webb, principal at Hudson & Marshall. “These California homes represent $65 million worth of property, which we anticipate will sell to the highest bidders at significantly reduced prices because banks want to quickly move bad loans off their books.”
Hudson & Marshall says prospective buyers can view the homes online by visiting http://www.hudsonandmarshall.com. All properties are sold in their current conditions.
