The law firm of Hutchens, Senter & Britton, P.A., announced recently that two of its attorneys—H. Terry Hutchens and Rebecca J. Britton—have been named to the 2008 Super Lawyers® list.
Hutchens, who is a managing partner, focuses his practice on civil litigation related to creditors’ rights and real property cases. Meanwhile, Britton focuses on different aspects of civil litigation.
The Super Lawyers are selected through a process that begins with peer nominations and ends with a panel review of each nominee. The list, which is specific to the North Carolina area, only recognizes 5-percent of the state’s attorneys.
