John L. Scott Real Estate, a real estate brokerage based in Seattle, recently partnered with the online real estate marketplace Zillow.com, enabling the company to feed all of its 15,000 for-sale listings to the Zillow Web site on a regular basis.

“Zillow is very pleased to partner with John L. Scott, one of the most productive regional real estate companies in the nation, and a highly regarded brokerage with deep roots in the Seattle real estate community,” said Spencer Rascoff, Zillow’s COO.

The real estate brokerage joins more than 800 partners participating in the Zillow Listings Feed program, which allows listing providers to automatically gain free market exposure for the listings on Zillow.com. The program was launched in November 2007 and has grown to more than 4 million for-sale listings.

Each listing John L. Scott feeds to Zillow will include a description of the property with multiple photos and contact information for the listing agent. In addition the listings will appear on the Zillow iPhone application, which has been downloaded nearly 1 million times since its launch in April 2009.
