David B. Zoffer has been named senior vice president- litigation counsel, of LandAmerica Financial Group, Inc. Zoffer will supervise the company’s litigation, claims, recovery, and clearance functions.
“We are excited that a legal executive with David’s substantial and diverse experience has chosen to join the LandAmerica family,” said Michelle H. Gluck, executive vice president and chief legal officer. Zoffer also served as executive vice president of ICALM Group and special assistant attorney general of New York.
With a 35 year legal career, Zoffer comes to LandAmerica after acting as principal of The Zoffer Firm in North Carolina since 2001. Other positions include leadership positions for Royal & Sun Alliance USA and Craig/is, Ltd.
