Members of the St. Louis-based Lenders One Mortgage Cooperative will now have access to discount pricing for Document Systems Inc.‘s DocMagic, a software program that creates loan document packages. The program integrates with other loan origination software and eliminates errors on mortgage documents.

The program can streamline loan processes with e-disclosures and closing documents reviewed by in-house compliance experts, print and send closing documents via e-mail, or to another location for pick-up, and allows lenders to send borrowers fully compliant initial disclosures at point of sale.
