LPS Hires Aptitude Solutions Georgia Rep

Lender Processing Services, Inc. (LPS), a provider of integrated technology and services to the mortgage industry, announced that Dwight Wood has joined its Aptitude Solutions division as the Georgia account manager, responsible for software, services, and sales to the clerks of Superior Courts in that state.

Wood has played a key role in the county government arena since 1975. Most recently, in Wood’s role as clerk of the Superior Court for Hall County, Georgia, he oversaw all areas of the courts and was responsible for maintaining and preserving all civil and criminal court records and real estate records.
According to LPS, as Aptitude Solutions’ Georgia account manager, Wood will use his extensive county government knowledge and expertise to provide existing clients and new customers in Georgia with the highest level of service and support for Aptitude Solutions’ suite of county government software solutions for the land record and court offices.
Tim Nemethy, VP of sales for Aptitude Solutions, commented, “We’re pleased to have someone so familiar with the functions of Georgia county governments join our team. Dwight will be an asset to all of our customers in Georgia. He was deeply immersed in county government as clerk of the Superior Court and understands the needs of our Georgia client base. We expect him to make a significant impact on increasing the efficiencies of county governments and helping them better serve their constituencies.”
