Two attorneys at Martin, Leigh, Laws & Fritzlen P.C., a Midwest firm specializing in creditor’s rights and the mortgage servicing and default industries, recently received top awards in Missouri and Kansas.
Berry F. Laws III and Thomas J. Fritzlen were designated as 2008 Missouri & Kansas Super Lawyers. Laws’ nomination was for bankruptcy & creditor/debtor rights and Fritzlen’s was in the business/corporate category. Only five percent of Missouri and Kansas attorneys are chosen for the award each year. Each attorney selected is based on a statewide nomination process, peer review by practice area, and independent research on each candidate.
