Martin, Leigh, Laws & Fritzlen Names Four New Attorneys

%{=FONT-SIZE: 8.5pt}Kansas City, Missouri-based law firm Martin, Leigh, Laws & Fritzlen, P.C., announced the appointment of four new attorneys this week.
The firm, which represents creditors and focuses on bankruptcy and foreclosures, recently hired attorneys James Fletcher, Jr., Emily Hess, Carrie Mermis and Brooke Rank. %

Fletcher, a graduate of the Washburn University School of Law, previously spent two years as a clerk for the Hon. Kelly J. Moorhouse in Division 9 of Jackson County. Fletcher also gained valuable experience while interning for the Public Interest Litigation Clinic, where he assisted with death penalty appeals.

Hess joins the firm after clerking for the Hon. Kathleen Forsyth in Division 19 of Jackson County. Hess is a graduate of the University of Kansas School of Law and previously interned for the Hon. Scott O. Wright.
Both Hess and Fletcher will be specializing in FDCPA, RESPA and TILA while serving Martin, Leigh, Laws & Fritzlen in the civil litigation department.
