The Dallas, Texas-based law firm of Barrett, Burke, Wilson, Castle, Daffin & Frappier, LLP., announced this week that attorney Michael Barrett has been elected to membership in the Fellows of the Texas Bar Foundation. Achieving the position of a Fellow is a prestigious honor allotted to only one-third of one-percent of state Bar Members.
Fellows, like Mr. Barrett, are elected by the Texas Bar Foundation Board of Trustees. According to the Texas State Bar Foundation, those selected are chosen for their outstanding professional achievements and for their “committment to the improvement of the justice system.”
Barrett, Burke, Wilson, Castle, Daffin & Frappier, LLP, also said this week that the firm is changing its name. Over the course of the next year, the firm will be transitioning to its new title — Barrett, Daffin, Frappier, Turner & Engel, LLP.
