Mortgage Builder Creates New Client-Focused Position

Mortgage Builder, a provider of loan origination software technology, recently announced the creation of its new client-focused position of VP, client development. The Southfield, Michigan, company designed the position for Kelli Himebaugh, Mortgage Builder’s sales manager for the western United States.

In her new position, Himebaugh will work with new clients from product demonstration through training and implementation phases of the sales cycle, which includes working as a liaison to sales and operations.

“The last 36 months have seen Mortgage Builder break every sales record in the company’s history. As we grow, we want to make sure to keep investing in customer service, which has long been part of the Mortgage Builder DNA,” said Bill Mitchell, Mortgage Builder’s VP for sales. “Kelli will be the glue for sales and operations that keeps all the parts in place and functioning.”

In addition to working with new clients, Himebaugh will provide guidance to existing clients as the company rolls out new modules and enhancements. “I am truly excited to take on these new responsibilities,” she said. “We’re introducing several exciting innovations over the coming months to help clients meet the needs of the new regulatory and competitive environment.”
