Mutual of Omaha Bank Appoints Senior Mortgage Loan Officer in Dallas

Bill Wills has joined Mutual of Omaha Bank as a senior mortgage loan officer. Based out of the bank’s Texas headquarters, Wills is responsible for guiding Dallas customers through the process of buying or refinancingreal estate properties and homes through the lender’s portfolio of financing solutions, including conventional, jumbo loans, second liens, bridge notes, government-insured loans, and construction loans, including a one-time close product.

Wills brings more than 20 years of mortgage lending experience to Mutual of Omaha Bank, most recently

serving as VP and builder sales manager for Bank of America in the areas of North Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Tennessee. Prior to that, he oversaw the construction lending division of Colonial National Mortgage.

Wills has been an active member of the Home Builder Association for 20 years and has served as a national speaker on the topic of construction lending. He currently serves on the board of the Dallas chapter of HomeAid Builders Care and was a founding member of the National Association of Residential Construction Lenders.
