My Florida Regional MLS Launches Catylist CIE

The Catylist commercial information exchange (CIE) service was recently adopted for the commercial members of My Florida Regional MLS (MFRMLS), a consortium of 13 Realtor boards and Florida’s largest multiple listing service (MLS) with approximately 30,000 subscribers.

Chicago-based Catylist is a provider of CIE technology for Realtor associations. The company says thousands of real

estate brokers, investors, tenants, property managers, landlords, and appraisers use Catylist to market and search commercial real estate. By implementing their CIE service, MFRMLS was able to create My Florida Commercial Real Estate (MFCRE), which premiered January 4, 2010.

“We at MFCRE are proud to have been able to bring this new tool and service for commercial practitioners in our market area,” says Carlos A. Fuentes, MFRMLS president. “We are excited about the opportunities to promote commercial listings throughout the Catylist national network.”

A complete suite of products and services are offered through the new CIE, including a powerful search database, a comprehensive marketing engine, a social networking platform, and a commercial property search engine with national exposure. In addition, the Web site includes a public interface for companies, investors, and other allied professionals seeking commercial real estate availabilities.
