New Century Financial Board of Directors Step Down

Two members of the Board of Directors at New Century Financial Corp. announced their resignation from the Board last week, according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Robert Cole, a former chief executive officer with the company and a Board of Director resigned along with Edward F. Gotschall, a former vice chairman and chief financial officer.
