Potestivo & Associates, P.C., a legal services provider to the default servicing industry based in Rochester Hills, Michigan, has hired a new associate attorney, Robert T. Kuehl, for the firm’s Chicago group.

An AV-rated firm, Potestivo & Associates is supported by more than 100 team members and handles foreclosures, bankruptcies, landlord and tenant, title resolution, loss mitigation and home retention, REO disposition, and litigation. Kuehl will represent clients in the litigation department.

Prior to joining Potestivo & Associates, Kuehl worked as an attorney in several Chicago law offices where he practiced commercial litigation, creditors’ rights, bankruptcy, mortgage foreclosure, and insurance defense. After graduating cum laude and receiving Departmental Distinction in English from St. Olaf College, Kuehl earned his JD from Valparaiso University School of Law.
