Michigan-based Potestivo & Associates, P.C., a legal services provider to the default servicing industry, recently announced the firm’s appointment as the “Lender Processing
Services’”:http://www.lpsvcs.com/ (LPS) Attorney Roundtable representative for the American Legal & Financial Network (AFN) for 2009.
LPS’ Attorney Roundtable program provides a method for the company to work in conjunction with its network of law firms throughout the country on process improvements and procedural changes to streamline default management practices at both state and national levels.
Roundtable members are selected to represent the interests of all attorneys in the LPS network. Members not only communicate LPS initiatives to the network, but they also assist in decisions regarding the direction of LPS operations, and obtain and impart feedback on behalf of the attorney network.
Amber Hoffman, Potestivo’s director of marketing, will serve as the Roundtable liaison for AFN members, supported by Potestivo & Associates’ experienced attorneys and team members.
