Potestivo & Associates, P.C., a Michigan based law firm, which specializes in the mortgage banking and servicing industries, will be participating in Fannie Mae’s recently launched POA REO Pilot program, along with four other area firms.
In a press statement, the firm said that through the POA REO Pilot program it would be assisting Fannie Mae in selling its portfolio of real estate assets in the state of Michigan.
With more than 100 employees, two Michigan branches and one branch in Chicago, Illinois, Potestivo & Associates was selected to participate in the program because of its exceptional 17-year record in handling bankruptcies, evictions, title resolutions, loss mitigation, REO disposition and litigation.
