Irvine, California-based RealtyTrac Inc., an online marketplace for foreclosure properties, announced a strategic partnership on Wednesday that allows the company to expand
upon its base of potential home buyers.
The partnership is based on RealtyTrac’s agreement with Adicio Inc. developer of Web-based classified advertising solutions—which aims to provide its advertising clients with access to RealtyTrac’s database of properties.
“This exciting new partnership with Adicio will allow RealtyTrac to reach a brand-new audience of potential customers while also providing newspaper and media company Web sites across the country with valuable real estate data for their visitors,” said Rick Sharga, vice president of marketing for RealtyTrac. “And thanks to Adicio’s interactive software solutions, RealtyTrac’s data will be seamlessly integrated into each Web site’s user experience.”
RealtyTrac says through the partnership, foreclosure listings offered through Adicio client Web sites will provide users with a property heading, a complete description, and a thumbnail image.
