RealtyTrac Partners with Bid4Homes

Irvine, California-based RealtyTrac, an online marketer of foreclosure properties, announced a strategic partnership with online auction platform Bid4Homes on Friday.

Through the strategic partnership, RealtyTrac users benefit from having the opportunity to research and bid on national real estate auctions, while Bid4Homes is now able to offer access to RealtyTrac’s listing of foreclosure properties.
“We’re excited to team up with Bid4Homes and its sister site Bid4Assets, which have experienced enormous success in the online real estate auction space, with more than 50,000 property sales in 50 states,” said Rick Sharga, vice president of marketing for RealtyTrac. “This partnership affords our users more choices of properties and another convenient way to buy real estate. Our users will now be able to place online bids on properties being auctioned by Bid4Homes while never leaving the RealtyTrac Web site.”
The Bid4Homes online auction platform provides holders of REO properties with a space to offload those homes while also catering to other property holders like the U.S. Marshals Service, which sells various properties for the Treasury Department.
