Red Vision Adapts TitleVision Platform for New House Title

Parsippany, New Jersey-based Red Vision, a provider of real property research solutions, announced their recent partnership with New House Title, a Florida-based foreclosure service firm, to adapt Red Vision’s Title Vision solution to meet New House’s expanding business needs.

“It’s a very collaborative strategy,” said Bill Casale, New House’s chief operating officer. “We treat each other like partners, not client/vendor. We have found a group of smart, motivated people who really care about how to make our business the most efficient process possible.”
The TitleVision solution helps to save companies, such as New House Title, time and reduce the errors that can occur when reviewing records for title searches, including courthouse records, property appraiser values, and property tax data.
According to New House Title, the implementation of TitleVision also has helped the company more efficiently utilize their workers by enabling them to better filter the jobs that come in. “We created a grading system that determines if a file requires a lower level of processor versus a file that requires somebody with “X” years of experience,” Casale said. “Prior to the Red Vision solution, each person handled everything that came in the door.”
Title Vision was able to help New House Title continue their expansion, which has consisted of a business-volume growth of 400-500 percent over the last six months, without adding additional resources, the company says.
