REO Horror Story: Is this a Basement or a Garage?

Scott Kearnan, a principal at Prudential Lenmar in Natick, Massachusetts, says one of his worst REO Horror Stories comes out of Fall River, Massachusetts.
“This property was first trashed by the local maniacs, and then the walls were devastated by a sledgehammer and the copper was stolen,” he remembers. “After that the local heroin addicts took residence in the property and lived in a house with no plumbing. I am sure that you can imagine the mess.”
But the surprises don’t end there.
“By the time we got to the house and started to get our hands around it, we found an entire car dismantled in the basement. Not only a hood or a door, but the entire car,” Kearnan remembers.
