REO Investors Take Heed, 300 Plus Detroit Homes Go on the Block

More than 300 foreclosed Detroit homes will be auctioned by Dallas-based Hudson & Marshall at 1 p.m. January 20-21 at the Hyatt Regency Dearborn, where buyers will be able to pursue bargain sale prices through the foreclosure auction.
Currently owned by banks or financial lenders, the foreclosed homes will be sold ‘as is’ and will come with guaranteed title insurance. Potential buyers are advised to visit the properties beforehand or view them online at www.hudsonandmarshall.com.
The homes can also be purchased online prior to the auction using Hudson and Marshall’s Bid Now program.
Hudson and Marshall has sold over 40,000 foreclosed homes in the last eight years. Using an aggressive marketing strategy, the company ensures maximum exposure of the properties prior to auctions in order to generate interest in the sale.
