The real estate default law firm Rubin Lublin Suarez Serrano, LLC has hired Jerry Morgan to lead its newly opened Nashville operation, which is the firm’s second Tennessee office.
“We are excited to have Jerry on the ground in Nashville,” said Glen Rubin, the firm’s managing partner. “Jerry’s 10 years of experience in this industry make him a valued addition to our team of skilled lawyers.”

As an associate attorney in the Nashville location, Morgan will be responsible for litigation, bankruptcy, and foreclosure matters in the middle Tennessee area.
“Tennessee default matters are a significant portion of our practice,” Rubin said. “Between our Memphis and Nashville offices I feel confident in our ability to serve our clients there.”
Prior to joining Rubin Lublin Suarez Serrano, Morgan practiced in the areas of creditors’ rights law, title curative matters, and real estate litigation at Kozeny & McCubbin in St. Louis, Missouri.
Morgan earned his bachelor’s degree from York University, a master’s degree in education from Harding University, and his Juris Doctorate from Washington University School of Law.
Rubin Lublin Suarez Serrano provides a full range of real estate legal services to its mortgage banking clientele in Georgia, Tennessee, and Mississippi. The firm was founded in 2009 and is based in Atlanta with satellite offices throughout its coverage area.
