Service 1st Valuation and Settlement Services, Inc., an appraisal management company headquartered in Pittsburgh, announced Monday that it has entered into a partnership with ValuAmerica, a provider of settlement services also based in Pittsburgh.

Through this new partnership, Service 1st will offer its list of national clients and vendors ValuAmerica’s ValuNet xsp, a completely Web-based application utilized to place orders, track orders, and mange the various vendors necessary to consummate real estate secured loans. The platform automatically collects data from orders, customers, and vendors, and it can automatically select and assign vendors.

Hosted by Computer Sciences Corporation, a Fortune 100 company, ValuNet xsp currently supports more than 50,000 users. Service 1st said it is thrilled to add such a superior addition to its commitment to developing the highest level of customer service and quality in the appraisal management industry.

“Not only will it [the partnership] allow Service 1st to stand by its continued commitment to customer service and quality, but it will also offer hosting in two data centers, providing a full disaster recovery and redundant back-up to ensure a fully compliant software,” said Mark Oliver, CEO and president of Service 1st.
