South & Associates Adds Two New Attorneys to Kansas Office

South & Associates P.C. has hired two new lawyers in its Overland Park, Kansas office – Kelvin Fisher and Stephanie Mendenhall.
Fisher graduated with a Bachelors Degree from the University of Missouri Kansas City in 2000, and received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Missouri Kansas City School of Law in 2004. He joins the corporate office as an associate attorney for the collection department.

Mendenhall graduated with a Bachelors Degree from Kansas State University in 1999, and graduated from the University of Kansas School of Law in 2002. She joins the firm as an associate attorney for the litigation department.
South & Associates is a full-service creditors’ rights law firm, providing loan servicers with default work throughout Missouri and Kansas. Services include foreclosure, eviction, litigation, bankruptcy, loss mitigation, and collection related matters.
The firm is a member of USFN – America’s Mortgage Banking Attorneys, the American Legal & Financial Network (AFN), and the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA). South & Associates employs 27 attorneys in three offices, located in Overland Park, Kansas; Wichita, Kansas; and St. Louis, Missouri.
