South & Associates Hires Commercial and Special Assets Attorney

South & Associates, P.C., a protector of creditors’ rights in Missouri, Kansas, and Nebraska, has hired a new attorney in its corporate office. Brian McEachen will be working in the firm’s commercial and special assets department.

McEachen is licensed to practice in the states of Missouri and Kansas. He graduated from DePauw University in 1992, and received his Juris Doctor in 2005 from the University of Missouri – Kansas City.

South & Associates, P.C. has 31 attorneys and four offices located in Overland Park, Kansas; Wichita, Kansas; St. Louis, Missouri; and Omaha, Nebraska.
