South & Associates Hires Two New Attorneys, Promotes One Team Member

South & Associates, P.C., a creditors’ rights firm representing clients in Missouri, Kansas, and Nebraska, announced this week that it has hired two new associate attorneys, Jennifer Stoehr and Judd Davis. The company also said it has promoted Amy Wayman to a team lead position.

Stoehr received her undergraduate degree from Miami University in 2003 and her Juris Doctor in 2007 from Saint Louis University. Stoehr is licensed to practice in the states of Missouri and Illinois. She will work out of the firm’s St. Louis office in the litigation department.

Davis will be working in the firm’s Missouri foreclosure department out of the Overland Park, Kansas, office. Davis received both his undergraduate and Juris Doctor degrees from the University of Nebraska in 1999 and 2003.

He has previous experience in the real estate finance industry and is licensed to practice in all three of the firm’s representative states: Missouri, Kansas, and Nebraska.

Wayman was recently promoted to team lead. She has been with the firm for four years, handling petitions at its Wichita, Kansas office.

According to a statement from South & Associates, Wayman has “consistently provided outstanding service to the firm’s clients and will now play a more central role in cross-training employees in their overall knowledge of the foreclosure process. Her dedication to continued excellence and professionalism is paramount to the firm’s ideals.”

South & Associates, P.C. has 31 attorneys and four offices located in Overland Park, Kansas; Wichita, Kansas; St. Louis, Missouri; and Omaha, Nebraska.
