Stewart Lender Services Opens Center in Coppell, Texas

Stewart Lender Services (SLS), a subsidiary of Stewart Title Company, opened a new National Processing Center in Coppell, Texas.

Coppell is a city within the Dallas area.

The center, which is equipped to staff around 110 people, will offer centralized mortgage loan origination and loss mitigation services for its customers.

“We currently have centralized title and settlement that we run out of Houston and Phoenix, and now we’re adding the third center in Dallas and expanding the capacity and number of staff pretty substantially,” said Jason Nadeau president and CEO of the company.

In addition to the title and settlement operations, the Dallas office will also feature short-sale services and a call center.

Nadeau says this expansion is indicative of the company’s increased development.

“This additional center and these additional hires and facility are really just a direct reflection of the continued increase within our growth and the continued number of new customers that Stewart has been adding as a result of doing a good job operating our business over the last couple of years,” he said.

Lisa Robertson, SVP and head of origination operations, reiterated that sentiment in a press release, explaining the center will allow SLS to service its customers even more efficiently.

“Through the utilization of our three national processing centers, we are better position to accommodate the increase in order volume while delivering the highest degree of customer service in all 50 states,” said Robertson.

She continued, “Customers in all segments of this industry have recognized SLS for our ability to create a customer-centric environment, and as a result, we have earned increasing amounts of their business. For that, we are very appreciative.”
