Stewart Title of California Inc. says it has found a way to help homeowners who are forced to rebuild because of all the destruction recently caused by the property-damaging wildfires in the state of California.
The title insurance provider said Tuesday that it’s “providing a 50-percent discount on title policies obtained for loans (and related escrow services) used for rebuilding structures that were destroyed or damaged during the recent wildfires.”
The company is advising homeowners who fall into this category to contact their local Stewart representatives.
