TenantAccess Appoints EVP to Lead Vendor Management and Field Operations Strategy

TenantAccess, an Austin, Texas-based provider of property preservation, management, and leasing services, has appointed Denia Graham to the position of EVP. With more than 29 years of experience in commercial and residential real estate, as well as property management, Graham is tasked with driving operational strategy for TenantAccess’ service offerings.

This executive appointment comes on the heels of TenantAccess announcing the company’s continued expansion with 348 property managers now located throughout the United States.

“The number of people taking over foreclosed properties and investing in today’s housing market is increasing and with that the demand for TenantAccess’ services and solutions is also increasing,” said Paul Hayman, president of TenantAccess. “Denia’s impressive track record for growing and managing successful real estate organizations, her in-depth REO industry experience, and excellence in leadership will enable TenantAccess to successfully capitalize on this opportunity.”

Graham has held a number of prominent positions in the REO industry. Prior to joining TenantAccess she was SVP of client operations for Field Asset Services (FAS), primarily responsible for the management of large client relationships and oversight of more than 25,000 REO assets.

Before FAS, Graham spent more than 20 years as a management and marketing contractor for the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development. She also served as managing partner at Electronic Real Estate Services, LLC, a distressed asset management company that worked as a prime contractor for the HUD, as well as the federal government’s General Services Administration (GSA), doing property management for the Internal Revenue Service. Graham began her career selling real estate and managing the REO portfolio for a large Southern California savings and loan.

“To say TenantAccess is an exciting company is an understatement,” Graham said. “With a unique solution, dedicated services, and privileged relationships with the biggest names in the property preservation and REO industries, TenantAccess is well positioned to become a leader in this industry. Whether you are a bank, servicer, asset manager, or investor, TenantAccess has created a solution that will help you gain the most from your portfolio. It’s truly a one-of-a-kind solution and I’m proud to be joining the company at such an exciting time in its history.”
