Morris|Hardwick|Schneider (M|H|S), a real estate closing law firm headquartered in Atlanta, recently promoted Natalie Hardwick, Cristina Hunt, and Jeffrey Sandler to partners of the firm.

In order to maintain a leadership position in real estate closing services mandates, Nat Hardwick, M|H|S managing partner, said the firm must stay ahead of ongoing developments in the laws and regulations that govern its work. This commitment to excellence requires that M|H|S regularly assess the capabilities and talents of its professionals and, when appropriate, advance them to higher levels of responsibility so their talents can be best used on behalf of the firm’s clients, he explained.

“Natalie, Cristina, and Jeff have amply proven themselves capable of handling the additional responsibilities of being partners,” Nat Hardwick said. “I’m excited to announce their promotions.”

Natalie Hardwick joined M|H|S in 1998 and has been instrumental in helping to open the firm’s office in South Carolina and Florida. Focusing her practice on conventional residential closings, she currently manages M|H|S’s Dunwoody Perimeter, Georgia office. Natalie Hardwick is a member of the National Association of Professional Mortgage Women and the Georgia Real Estate Closing Attorneys Association.

Hunt began working for the M|H|S in 2000. Presently, she manages the firm’s Fayetteville office, where she focuses her practice on conventional residential closings. Hunt is active in the Georgia Real Estate Closing Attorney Association, the Fayette Women’s Council of Realtors, the Fayette County Board of Realtors, and the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.

Sandler came to M|H|S in 2006 and now manages the firm’s Florida operations. He has held several positions of distinction in recent years, including serving as VP of the Northdale Special Taxing District; major and vice mayor of Oldsmar, Florida; and a member of Oldsmar, Florida city council. Sandler’s accomplishments were recognized by the University of Florida, his alma mater, when he was inducted into its hall of fame.
