Trust Title Hires Central Florida Rep

David Keaton has been hired as a regional representative for Trust Title Company, a national provider of title and settlement services. In this position, Keaton will be responsible for building and managing Trust Title’s relationships with Central Floridian financial services firms to expand the services and support available for their residential, commercial, and construction loan portfolios.

Tim Landwehr, Trust Title’s SVP and national sales manager, said, “We are pleased to have David join our team and expand our ability to serve Central Florida’s financial services professionals. David’s proven expertise will help us bring our national service platform of title and closing settlement services to this important community and enable us to help our partners create much-needed customized solutions.”
Prior to joining Trust Title, Keaton was senior sales executive for LandAmerica Financial Group in Orlando. He has more than 30 years’ background in sales and marketing. Within the financial services and housing sectors he has also served as a mortgage loan originator, real estate professional, and a consultant for print, Internet, and e-business solutions.
Keaton is a member of the Mid-Florida Home Builders Association, Central Florida HBA Sales and Marketing Council, Orlando Regional Realtors Association, Florida Association of Mortgage Brokers, and the Mortgage Bankers Association of Central Florida.
