UnitedTech Lender Services Celebrates Dallas, Texas Office

UnitedTech Lender Services (UTLS) celebrated the opening of a new office located in Las Colinas, Texas with a ribbon cutting ceremony earlier this month.

The company chose to expand to Dallas County for the city’s proximity to some of their largest clients.

“The main thing is that this puts us very close to a large number of our clients geographically. We service 22 of the top 25 servicers and four or five of our largest clients are all located within minutes away from the new office in Las Colinas,” said Kevin Raney, EVP and COO of UTLS.

Raney continued, “By having the center in Dallas close to our clients we can manage costs and offer a very competitive cost environment and yet be immediately available to work very closely with our clients on providing whatever solutions they may need.”

The company, which offers a wide spectrum of default servicing products to clients nationwide, will be expanding some of its services within the new office.

Their newest product is the FRISK fraud and risk analysis tool, which is a proactive fraud deterrent and back end risk assessment solution. The new center will house the company’s foreclosure outsourcing, consulting, national evaluations group, title group, short sale operations and the company’s uninsured title product called O&E.

The new office also has capabilities to house more than 150 people, according to Raney.

“We have consolidated some people who were already on site with clients and working out of smaller facilities [in Dallas], but we’ve immediately expanded from about 35 people to more than 90 people. We have capacity there for about 160 people as it’s currently configured, and we expect to have that office pretty much maxed by the end of this year,” he said.
