Williams & Williams Hires Jennifer Capron

Tulsa, Oklahoma-based Williams & Willams, a real estate auction company, has hired Jennifer Capron as Supervisor of National Sales. In her new role, Capron will be responsible for managing residential properties for individual sales. In addition, she will serve as liaison for all property marketing for the Farm, Ranch, and Premiere Properties%[=bwanpa2]™ %division.

“With our new division focusing on bulk REO purchases, we are going to need someone with both a strong sales and real estate background,” said Dean Williams, chief executive officer and president of Williams & Williams. “Jennifer Capron comes highly recommended, and I am confident she will effectively manage our national sales force as the volume of our overall real estate portfolio continues its steady growth. We are excited to have her join our firm.”
Prior to joining Williams & Williams, Capron served as property manager for Tulsa-based Case & Associates. At Case & Associates, Capron managed property leases, expense budgeting, collections, the processing of court filings, marketing initiatives, and a staff of ten.
Capron, who is a member of the National Association of Realtors, also served as a realtor associate for Chinowth & Cohen Realtors.
