Zaio Hires Former Fiserv Exec as National Account Rep

Zaio Corporation, a technology and database company providing appraisal services to lenders nationwide, announced the appointment of Mari Beth Pietropaoli as national account representative today. Pietropaoli will be responsible for product sales with an emphasis on appraisal products.

Previously, Pietropaoli served as a national sales executive for General American Corporation (recently acquired by Fiserv Lending Solutions), where she was responsible for key account management for top tier banks such as Chase, CitiBank, Citizen’s Bank, and M&T Bank. In that role she expanded the lines of business and increased market share with existing clients despite declining market conditions and tighter credit policies adopted by lenders. Pietropaoli was consistently ranked within the top two out of 25 sales performers, generating the largest revenue in the company’s history with over $23 million in sales in a single year.
“Mari Beth has an outstanding record of achievement in driving profits and capturing market share in previous positions,” said Jim Kirchmeyer, president, Zaio. “Her expertise at cultivating and managing high-quality and long-term client partnerships will be of great value to the sales team and to our company.”
In addition, Pietropaoli was an account executive with Amex Assurance of American Express, Inc., and served as account executive and title department manager with TRW Real Estate Loan Services in New York.
