ZC Sterling Changes Name to Sterling National Corporation
By: Carrie Bay
Atlanta-based ZC Sterling Corporation, a specialty insurance solutions provider for the residential mortgage servicing and insurance industries, has announced its transition to a new name, Sterling National Corporation.
As part of the name change, the company is launching a new Web site, as well as a year-long ad campaign.
“Our new name reflects the comprehensiveness of our offerings across the nation,” said Bill Krochalis, president and CEO of Sterling National. “The most important thing to know is that we remain fundamentally unchanged as a total provider operating under one name, one reputation, and one promise of keeping [our clients] first.”
When the rebranding is complete on June 1, 2010, Sterling National Corporation will be comprised of four subsidiaries: Sterling National Insurance Agency, Sterling Property Tax Solutions, Inc., Sterling National Enterprises LLC, and Westwood Insurance Agency, Inc.
Sterling National Corporation provides hazard insurance and outsourcing services, voluntary homeowners insurance, and customized real estate tax services for lenders, mortgage servicing organizations, and homebuilders nationwide.
In addition to its headquarters in Atlanta, Sterling National also has operations in California, Florida, Iowa, Nebraska, North Carolina, and Texas. It is a wholly owned subsidiary of QBE Insurance Group Ltd., a worldwide insurer and reinsurer.
