MCS Announces Acquisition of Lenders Title Solutions

Handshake Eight BHMortgage Contracting Services (MCS), LLC, a nationwide provider of property preservation, inspections, REO property maintenance, and valuations for the financial services industry with locations in Lewisville, Texas; Ruston, Louisiana; and Tampa, Florida; has announced the acquisition of Lenders Title Solutions, a national title insurance and settlement services provider based in Clearwater, Florida.

Lenders Title Solutions will operate as a division of MCS Solutions, which is the valuation, title services, and steel security product line of MCS. The company, which currently employs 102, will retain the Lenders Title Solutions name. The acquisition allows MCS to expand its ability to serve its mortgage industry clients.

“Lenders Title Solutions provides an unsurpassed level of customer experience and superior products and services for its clients,” said Chad Mosley, Chief Operating Officer of MCS Solutions. “The company will make a great addition to our business, and I believe we both will grow stronger as a result of the combination.”

“We’re very proud of what we’ve created here and the services we’ve provided to our clients through the years,” said Chris Sketch, Chief Executive Officer at Lenders Title Solutions. “And likewise, we’re proud now to be a part of MCS Solutions.”

“This is a new beginning for us and one that’s pretty exciting for everyone here and for the people we work with every day,” said Ian Gorman, Chief Operations Officer at Lenders Title Solutions. “Being a part of MCS will make available new resources and open up possibilities that didn’t exist before.”

MCS, which is celebrating 30 years of business in 2016, has continually expanded its suite of services over the last few years through acquisitions. In 2014, MCS added the Collateral Solutions and Field Services business units of Irvine, California-based CoreLogic, covering products that cover valuations in both loan origination and default. Earlier in 2016, MCS acquired EPIC Real Estate Solutions, an Austin, Texas-based provider of title insurance, escrow, and closing services.

“Our philosophy has always been—and always will be—that growth is good only if it helps us do more and better things for our clients,” said MCS CEO Caroline Reaves. “Adding Lenders Title Solutions and its very experienced and talented group of people fits that mold. This move is good for us and good for the people and clients that we serve.”
