Mortgage Network Opens Branch in Exton, Pennsylvania

Chris BlanchardMortgage Network, Inc., announced Thursday it has relocated its former West Chester, Pennsylvania branch to Exton, Pennsylvania, and will be hiring new loan officers to expand the branch.

The new office will be headed by Chris Blanchard, who served as a district sales manager at Mortgage Network for three years and has also served in management roles at Wells Fargo, LoanDepot, and American Home Mortgage.

“Exton is a central hub of Chester County, which is one of the hottest housing markets in the state,” Blanchard said.

“Despite a housing supply shortage, we believe the area’s strong job growth and low unemployment will continue to drive future home sales,” he added.

Mortgage Network Inc., offers a wide range of mortgage products and services, including conventional, non-conventional, government, and reverse residential loans. Mortgage Network is based in Danvers, Massachusetts and has a presence in more than 20 states.

The new Exton branch is open Monday through Friday and by appointment on Saturday.

“[W]e look forward to providing homeowners in the area with the kind of unmatched customer service and operational excellence Mortgage Network is known for,” Blanchard said.
